Your FCTA Building Representatives

Do you have a question, but are not sure who to contact? Every school has at least one Association Representative that can answer many of your day-to-day questions. The Association Representatives attend monthly meetings where they are updated on many different issues concerning teaching in Frederick County. Do you have a confidential question that needs to be answered? Do you need help with any of the following issues?

-Disciplinary actions, dismissals or suspensions
-Accusations or reporting of child abuse
-Workers Compensation Claims
-Health and safety or environmental conditions
-Complaints from parents
-Transfers, evaluations, and observations
-Conflicts with other staff
-Lawsuits including "Failure to Educate" and negligence

The UniServ Directors can assist you with answers for these issues and many more. Each building has a UniServ Director who is assigned to help the staff at that school
